Who are we?
We are craft products biggest supplier in China. Our mainly products are diamond painting, paint by number, puzzles, Cross stitch, Scratch art, Poke embroidery. We provide drop shipping service for hundreds craft online business seller.
What are the costs when working with Craftful?
We only quote a product price and shipping price. There are no other additional costs. Our App is free of use as well.
Do you accept all customers their inquiries?
Currently client mainly inquiries include custom boxes, logos, packaging, and even photo and video content services. And if client have others new inquiries, We will find a way make it.
Are you cheaper than Aliexpress?
We have different craft factories. We are shareholders of these factories, and those factory big client also, so we can get better price compare aliexpress.
What is the processing time to fulfill orders?
Once your order updated in our system we will process and fulfill all orders within 24 to 72 hours.
How to make payment for your service?
We are using Paypal and Bank transfer. We will make the invoice and send you all the order details before you make any payment via our workspace. So everything will be very clearly.
What to do in case a wrong/damaged item was delivered?
In case a damaged or wrong product was delivered, the end customer is required to submit a return request, and attach photos clearly showing the tag, the item itself, and its defect within 14 days after delivery. We will send a return label and refund the order once received back.
Where to send a return if a customer changed their mind?
Please, note that for each return, there must be a Return Request submitted.
Can you have a Shopify app?
Yes we have, search in shopify app store use keywords craftful.
Could you tell me more about the shipping time?
We have a good relationship with many shipping services. The shipping time is from 5 to 15 business days worldwide. But mainly the shipping time is around 12 working days.
